My sister and I, both from out of town, appreciated your quick, calm, polite response when we had put the padlock for Mom's newly rented storage unit, on backwards....
and couldn't get at it to use the key. Thank you for, in cold weather and after hours, coming to our rescue, and cutting the lock for us!
